A 3D rendered image of a stained glass window in the middle of a forrest. There are candles and flowers surrounding the window. It is set up and decorated for a wedding ceremony.
A 3D rendered image of a bedroom bathed in sunlight. The color pallete uses oranges, yellows, and natural wood tones to create a cozy, beautiful space.

Human stories need humans to tell them.

Tools and Programs

HGS is produced using a suite of programs including:

  • Marvelous Designer

  • Blender

  • Daz3D

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Audition

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Obsidian

All assets used for the show are either made in house by Alodia, or purchased from independent creators online. Many times items purchased from another party were customized to suit the show and maintain a specific ambiance and aesthetic.

Sound effects and music was sourced from companies like Production Crate and online repositories like pixabay and freesound.

Process

The script is the heart of HGS. Written in Obsidian and poured over obsessively, it is then translated into visuals.

First, character portraits. Our main heroes, Ryder and Ever, are custom made in Blender and then imported into Daz3D for posing, rendering, etc.

Once the assets were created, assembled, and finalized, then we could move on to perhaps the second most important part of Mated to the Alpha, But I'm a Secret Omega, voice acting! It was so important to be selective about who played who in this show, as voices would bring things to life that could not be communicated through visuals alone, tying everything together.

Casting was done in house, and facilitated through Casting Call Club.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
